Is
it possible to fabricate user's sample brought to Pulstec?[ NEO-500 ]
The
system can draw nano-dot on photo-resist or thermal-resist applied surface of
the substrate such as Si, glass and polycarbonate. NEO-500 uses the laser lithography
technology.
What
kind of the shape of substrate is supported?[ NEO-500 ]
Maximum size is up to φ12cm optical disc shape. The system uses air absorption
rotational stage to hold the substrate and draw nano-dot in spiral.
How
fast is the processing speed?[ NEO-500 ]
The
spindle can rotate at 10,000 rpm. For example, it takes 10 minutes to draw nano-dot
pattern, with 1.5um interval which is similar to photonic crystal structure, on
the 2 inches wafer.
What
kind of application is the system used for?[ NEO-500 ]
Optical
device such as anti-reflective structure and wavelength plate, next-generation
hard disc, next-generation memory, and element sensing chip.
What
are the features of TDS?[ 3D Scanner ]
TDS
series is implemented with FPC (field power control) function. Without spraying,
TDS series can obtain the data from the black colored and burnish objects which
are generally difficult to be measured with laser. Data can be obtained even
if there are many colors in the measurement area. Because it can be used outside,
it is used for archaeological dig.
How
wide is the the scanning area?[ 3D Scanner ]
Field
of view and resolution level depend on a scanner type. We have several types
of scanners designed for various application purpose. Our product lineup starts
with the narrow range type (for the cm order area), up to the wide range type
(covers the angle of 360 degree). Our product lineup covers from high resolution
measurement with close-up focus to wide range measurement at distant view.
What
kind of data can be scanned?[ 3D Scanner ]
Many
kinds of materials can be scanned. For example, automotive parts (such as sheet
metal product, metal foundry), plastic, rubber, papers, human skins, plants, dirt,
rocks, wood, concrete, glass, potteries, iron, etc. High resolution model can
obtain the data from fingerprint, wrinkle on the skin, concavity and convexity
of words on the coins, etc.
Is
there any object the data cannot be measured?[ 3D Scanner ]
High
reflectivity objects such as mirrors cannot be measured because TDS analyzes the
scattered beam. It is also difficult to scan the transparent materials such
as glass, water surface, etc.
Is
data accuracy checked?[ 3D Scanner ]
We
inspect the accuracy of all scanners before the shipment. Each scanner is inspected
by the test equipment certified by the Japan Quality Assurance Organization (JQA).
e.g.) variation of weighted center and flat surface tolerance.
What
is the speed of scanning? [ 3D Scanner ]
•TDS
series Area scan typically takes from 2.4 to 15.4sec, while line scan takes
from 0.024 to 0.055sec. Multiple scanning mode is available from ''high speed
scanning'' to ''high density scanning''. •FCAN It takes only about
1second to obtain high-accuracy 3D data.
Is
it possible to obtain color data with 3D data?[ 3D Scanner ]
FSCAN
can obtain 3D data and color data at the same time. However, it is impossible
to do the same thing with TDS series, because TDS uses laser scanning method. So,
it is necessary to obtain the color data independently and apply to the 3D data
by image processing.
What
is the method and feature?[ Wavefront Sensor ]
Shack-Hartmann
method is used for PWS-1000. The features of this method are as following; compact
in size, real time measurement, high dynamic range, and strong to vibration. It
does not have any influence from the interferometer and is able to measure with
more than one wavelength.
What
is the system structure? [ Wavefront Sensor ]
PWS-1000
is consisted of wavefront sensor, measurement software, IEEE 1394 cable for connection.
If you have PC with IEEE 1394 interface (6 pins), you can start measuring right
away. You can also purchase PC from us.
How
do you calibrate? [ Wavefront Sensor ]
We
recommend our LD Reference Diode Laser Source (Wavelength:405nm/655nm/780nm) which
is proven calibration laser source for interferometer. We will attach a calibration
data in your desired wavelength on sending. Also, on-site calibration service
is available for regular check.
What
is your recommended PC specification? [ Wavefront Sensor ]
If
specification below is fulfilled, it does not matter if you use desk-top or lap-top
PC. If there is no IEEE1394 interface, you can use external expansion board
as well.
